I charge a simple flat rate fee regardless of the scope of work and allow you to pause or cancel anytime. Whether you want to work with me for a month or a year, I'm here to help.
What don't I do?
I won't serve your customers.
That's all you. But I will setup communication systems and help you develop a consistent brand voice for your business.I won't do your taxes.
But I will setup systems that easily track sales and expenses to be passed on to a book-keeper.

How can one person do all this for multiple clients?
I only work with a select few clients at any time and leverage a decade of experience to provide extremely fast turn around.
Do you really do it all?
Yes, I prefer to! Anything I cant do yet, I'll figure out fast.
How long will it take?
I can build a website like this in 1 day including official domain registration and a custom email setup. I can have you setup to sell products, take bookings and receive payments within the week.
How does it work?
We get on a call and agree on the game plan, then i'll map out all the tasks in a user friendly project management portal. You'll see me ticking off the to-do's in real time as your business comes to life. You can have as much or as little input as you like with unlimited revisions until your satisfied.
Do you work by the hour?
No, and i haven't for over a decade. That's what being an entrepreneur is all about. I work on projects, tasks and systems that I find fun and exciting so I can do in days what takes others weeks. You'll be paying me for knowledge and expertise that you simply couldn't hire for by the hour.
What is your ideal client?
Ideally, you haven't launched your business yet but you know you want to soon. You have the idea but are struggling to take those first steps like making a website or sourcing and importing your products from overseas. You know you want to create a clothing brand, or launch a landscaping business, or start up a health food store but you have no idea what software, systems and processes would be needed to run the business or how to put them together. I do all that and more.
